For customized products, delivery times are 15 working days excluding shipping times.
For custom-made products, the order is activated upon payment received.
For products in stock, the shipment will be made on the day of receipt of payment.
For products not in stock, delivery times will be communicated by email and will not exceed 15 working days.
For payments made by bank transfer, the shipment will start after payment has been received.
Advance payment is required for custom-made products.

Products must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
Returned products must not have been worn or altered in any way.
It is mandatory to complete the return process, following the instructions below.
The cost of returning the product (s) to our warehouse, either by courier or postal service, is solely the responsibility of the customer. The shipment of the new product / s will be paid by MONKEYSUB.
To request the replacement of a product it is necessary to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the type of product purchased, the personal data entered at the time of registration and the data of the replacement product.

DEFECTS OR ERRORS
If there is an error with your order or a defect in the product / s, you can send an email to email@example.com, reporting the name of the product purchased, the personal data entered at the time of registration and the detailed description of the problem.
MONKEYSUB will change the product at its own expense, once the actual error / defect of the item and / or order has been verified.
